WORSHIP ON THE WAY Radio Network is a listener supported, non-commercial broadcast outreach of Life On The Way Communications ---a California, non-profit, religious, corporation which functions as an auxiliary ministry of The Church On The Way, Van Nuys, CA.

From our flagship station, KTLW-FM in Lancaster California, plus WOTW-FM in Monee, Illinois and more than a dozen translator stations in seven states, we broadcast worship music and ministry features 24 hours a day to help you “Worship On The Way.” We seek to consistently communicate the love of God and the true joy of Spirit-filled Christian living. We believe the truth proclaimed in this positive way will prepare many listeners to be drawn to Jesus Christ.

The early believers were originally called “followers of the Way” (Acts 24:14-16), being those who worshipped Jesus, who said He was “the Way, the Truth, and the Life” (John 14: 6). This “worship” and ministry is available to you “on the way,”

• as you drive to work,
• as you prepare for spiritual service at your church, or
• as you become better equipped for all that God has intended for you!

Our vision is that:

• Our Network will become a "sound alternative" for spiritually sensitive listeners
• Believers will become disciples and fellow-laborers in God's harvest
• Disciples and fellow-laborers will want to support the broadcast ministry and multiply the blessings to others.

Our objectives are to use modern means and methods which are innovative, informative, and inspirational so that KTLW, WOTW, and the WORSHIP ON THE WAY NETWORK will be:

1. A Conduit of Inspiration: "...teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord..." Col. 3:16. Radio seems able to be heard almost anywhere: in the shower, on the road, at the lake. Our broadcast outlets can go with you to be the means of ministry and inspiration you need all through your day. We can help you find God 24 hours a day!
2. A Doorway for Outreach: reaching to the world beyond the local church to evangelize, minister, teach, confront, and comfort. God draws people to Himself and uses our "sound alternative." As we exalt and lift up the Lord Jesus, some are evangelized, others are taught, more are challenged, and all are built up in the Lord, rather than being "pulled down," as they would be by most other media.
3. A Network for Communication: sharing ideas, ministries, and tools within the Church. The Religion Desk is a welcome companion to most top-of-the-hour newscasts. We learn what God is doing in our world and rejoice. Other innovative and informative programs provide Christian education, entertainment, and enlightenment.
4. A Catalyst for Change: stimulating and assisting the surrounding community(ies) in spiritual and social betterment, helping believers to find increased "favor with God and man" Luke 2:52. Having a "living" faith, our listeners are challenged to show their "faith by [their] works" James 2:18.
5. A Mirror for Self-Reflection: promoting self-discovery and recurring cycles of Christian growth. The music and ministry heard over our stations stimulate honest reflection and holy relationships as we individually "press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus" Philippians 3:12-14.

From our religious faith and biblical bases, we seek to encourage and foster principles and teachings which are pro-life, pro-marriage and pro-religious liberties. These often relate to certain societal issues of public interest. To the extent that political candidates may speak to these same issues, we may report or comment on their statements and actions.
